Signup Instructions for Swim Events and Jobs at Meets:
- Registration for each meet closes on the Sunday prior to the meet at midnight: NO EXCEPTIONS. Your swimmer will not be be able to swim in the meet until a parent has signed up to volunteer at the meet. So make sure you complete two steps, volunteering and declaring your swimmer.
- Arrival time for swim meets are varied depending on location. Details will be posted for each meet.
- Click Job Sign-up and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign in both parents to save time of registering, scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). NOTE: If you have a swimmer swimming at the Meet, a parent MUST volunteer or the swimmer will be scratched from the next meet.
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Swim Meets.
- Click Swimmer Sign-up and declare your swimmer attending or not attending, then click Edit Entries provided.
