Hello SPAR!

Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend and enjoyed their first two weeks of practice!  We are very excited to see everyone swim their hearts out on Thursday at the meet, you are all going to rock it and do fantastic! Thursday is going to be a fun and exciting thing but can be nerve racking.  Swimmers just need to remember what we do in practice and to have good sportsmanship down at the tent, along with the other swimmers on our team and the other team!

Good luck to all of our swimmers on their exams!  See you at the pool.
