Hi everyone! This is going to be a huge email but hopefully something you can save and look back it with lots of information all in one place.

We still have some open spots to fill-so keep sending your friends and neighbors my way! Also, keep in mind that if you have additional siblings that decide to swim, you can still add them. If you're an outside member, your membership covers your whole family, so you would simply need to pay registration for your additional children. Any swimmer registered by April 25th will receive a team t-shirt.

• SAVE THE DATE Thursday, April 28th at 7 pm for our mandatory parent meeting over Zoom. Please have at least one parent join in for updates about the season and a time to ask questions at the end.
• We are still in need of sponsorships to help offset some of our costs and keep our prices low. If you own a business or have a relationship with a business who might like to support us, let us know! Even just dropping by a business sometimes works! The sponsorship form can be found and printed from the home page of our website.  Keep in mind, we will need the form, payment and the company's logo returned by April 25th so we don't have much longer. This is so all our T-shirts and banner with the sponsor logos can be ordered in time for our season.
• We will again offer incentives to families who bring in these sponsorships. If you bring in a Gold Sponsor at the $500 level, you will receive $75 off registration per swimmer (with a max of 2 swimmers or max discount of $150 per family) PLUS a parking spot at all home meets. If you secure a Silver Sponsorship ($250 level), your family will receive $50 off your registration fee per swimmer (again up to two swimmers or max $100 discount per family) PLUS a parking spot at all home meets. Our Bronze sponsorship ($100 level) would earn you one of those coveted close parking spots at all home meets. Any discounts off registration will be refunded once the sponsorship is received.

• We are also offering a second opportunity again this year to earn money off your registration! Any family that brings in a NEW Sparrows Point family to our swim team will earn a $20 discount on their registration! We love all our outside members, but we would also love to bring in more families from Sparrows Point so that our team can continue to grow for years to come. Please send new families our way and let us know who you're sending and we will refund you $20 once the season has started.

• The deadline is also approaching to order a team suit. We are keeping the same suit as the last few years so make sure your swimmer's suit fits. If you need to order a suit, go to www.augustaswimsupply.com. Our log in is spar and our password is sailfish. Any suits ordered by April 25th will be shipped as a group to me with free shipping and distributed the first week or two of practice. You can still order a suit after this date but will need to pay shipping to have it sent to you. As always, swimmers can wear a solid black racing-style suit in place of the team suit if needed.

• Please go to our website to start looking at practice times and meet dates and locations. They can be found under the "Team Info" and "Meets and Events" tabs. Keep in mind that Weatherstone will be our associate team this year and will be swimming with us only at swim meets.
