Hello SPAR families. I can't believe I'm having to send this email less than 24 hrs after my last email, but it is with a heavy heart that I am now writing to let you know that we are canceling our 2020 season. As of last night, we had lost a lot of families and were right at the cusp of the season not being financially feasible, but had plans on how to make up the financial loss and were excited to still move forward with a smaller team. However, after realizing some miscommunication with some families and their status last night after my email, we would have been down to just 36 swimmers. We decided that the financial loss we are now looking at could jeopardize our ability to continue with swim team next year if that is what is decided. Darn Corona! 

I apologize for the roller coaster of emotions with all this back and forth! Please apologize to your swimmers on our behalf as well, as I know there were many kids looking forward to swimming! Believe me, the Board and coaches and our kids are so disappointed as well. We will be in touch with each of you individually about a full refund for the season. 

Thank you so much to the Board and coaches for all their hard work in trying to make this season a success despite all of the changes we were facing! We were so hopeful that we could make this season work. But we will come out stronger in the end!
