Registration fees will be $110 for the first swimmer and $95 for additional swimmers. (This fee includes a t-shirt for each swimmer. Parent t-shirts will be available for purchase on the website at a later date.)

Sparrows Point families can register through May 22nd at 11:59 pm. but please sign up ASAP.  It makes things run much more smoothly because you will stop receiving emails after March 15th and will miss lots of important information. 

However, registration closes for all outside members on Sunday, March 8th at 11:59 pm! This gives us time to assess how many outside memberships will be available to be sold at our walk-in registration. So, if you're returning to the team as an outside member, please go ahead and register your swimmer(s) online ASAP so you don't lose your spot! The outside membership fee will be $190. The outside membership form is attached to this email.  Outside membership forms and checks must be made out to Sparrows Point HOA and dropped off or mailed to our treasurer at: Patty Yeary, 8 Avenel Ct, Simpsonville, SC 29681. Please text Patty at 864-567-1299 if dropping off payment. Outside memberships are pending until this payment is received so make sure everything is received by March 8th. 

Walk-in registration will be held Sunday, March 15th from 2:30-4 pm at Gilder Creek Clubhouse (404 Grimes Drive Simpsonville). This event is mainly geared toward:

1. New outside members coming to register on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. So, if you're letting your friends and neighbors know about it, make sure they arrive early!

2. Any returning Sparrows Point families who have not yet registered online.

3. Anyone who would like their child to try on a swimsuit for size so that you can order a new one. We will wear the same suits as last year and as always, if you don't purchase the team suit, your swimmer can wear a solid black suit.

4. Any one who needs to drop off a copy of a birth certificate. However, if you agreed for us to keep a digital copy last season, we have a copy saved.

More information about the season will be coming soon, but here are some dates to save on your calendar:

March 15th: Walk-in registration and swimsuit try-on

April 23rd: MANDATORY Parent meeting at Five Forks Library from 7-8 pm

May 17th: Swim team Kickoff Party at the pool (Tentative)

May 18th: First day of practice

Practice dates and times have been updated on the website. Meet dates have also been updated but we don't yet know which meets will be home or away.
